Welcome to Table & Ember. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.tableandember.com and any purchase you make from us (together, the "Services"). Table & Ember is a founder-led business operating in Canada and the United States. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
1. Using our store
You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state or territory of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Services. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with their security or operation, or to misuse content from the site.
2. Products and descriptions
We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because finishes are polished or brushed by hand and screens display colour differently, small variations in appearance may occur. Product availability may change without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing errors or suspected fraud; if we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners — we never see or store your full card details.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to the carrier, except where local consumer law provides otherwise. If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
5. Returns and refunds
If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us at dharabusiness03@gmail.com to start a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your statutory rights as a consumer in your province or state are not affected.
6. Product use and care
Our stainless steel products are designed for normal household kitchen use. Please follow any care instructions provided, use cool-touch handles and oven mitts as appropriate, and always supervise children around hot cookware and stovetops. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, modification or failure to follow care instructions.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Services — including our name, logo, text, photography and design — belongs to Table & Ember or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version.
